Lisa Simon

Lisa Simon

With more than two decades of experience as a chief marketing and business development officer, Lisa has spent her career at the intersection of data, strategy, and client experience. She has been successful in building systems and programs that help firms understand what their clients truly value and turning that insight into revenue.

Most recently, Lisa served as Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer at Holland & Hart, and before that spent seven years as CMBDO at Lewis Roca (now part of Womble Bond), where she developed the client experience program 'Experience Amplified,' as well as led the firm's rebrand, and developed data analytics dashboards that measured client loyalty resulting in more profitable practices.

Her earlier leadership roles at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, Lathrop GPM, and Prescient Communications gave her a front-row seat to firms of every size and structure, from AmLaw 200 firms navigating mergers and geographic expansion to boutique practices differentiating themselves in crowded markets.
